Credentials and Charitable Activities
Cass is a 2010 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law with a certificate in Labor and Employment Law. During law school, he provided significant research for an update of the Second Edition of one of seminal textbooks on public sector labor law, Public Sector Employment, and was a student editor of the Illinois Public Sector Labor Relations Reporter. He served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Young B. Kim at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and clerked for a high-profile Chicago labor law firm representing public sector unions and employees.
